For some reason, they find a tiger in the bathroom and a six-month-old baby in the closet of their suite at Caesars Palace. The one thing they can't find is Doug. With no clue as to what transpired and little time to spare, the trio must retrace their hazy steps and all their bad decisions in order to figure out where things went wrong and hopefully get Doug back to L.A. in time to walk down the aisle.

I watched The Hangover last night, for the second time and it dawned on me that I never reviewed this movie. How did I miss that? The Hangover is possibly one the the funniest movies I have seen in a LONG time. Not surprising, since Todd Phillips also directed Old School and Road...( read more)trip, two comedy classics.
This movie was even funnier the second time, if that is possible. I almost peed in my pants, I was laughing so hard.
Zach Galifianakis cracks me up as Alan. No one can rock the white slacks, quite like he can. I also really love Ed Helms in this. I am a huge fan of The Office, so I am no stanger to his comedic styling. Bradley Cooper seems to get hotter every time I see him. Meow.
I think we have all had those times, where we have woken up with a HUGE pounding headache, and not remembering the events which led up to us lying naked in our neighbor's swimming pool. So I for one, can appreciate this film.
If you haven't seen this, you need to.

A very funny adult comedy set the day after a wild stag party in Vegas! It has a great chemistry between the cast and is very funny and has a good story too! Well worth checking out!

The Hangover is essentially just Dude, Where's My Car meets Bachelor Party. So nothing terribly original, but definitely hilarious. While many are praising Zach Galifianakis (who was funny, but sometimes trying too hard), I found Ed Helms to be the funniest of the...( read more) bunch.

Only two things really detracted from my enjoyment of this movie. 1) In an otherwise well-done comedy, a couple times the jokes were just huge duds (c'mon, that wedding singer? LAME.) and 2) The trailer: This is one of those movies where practically every funny moment in the film, you've already seen in the trailer. So upon seeing the movie, the jokes aren't as fresh or funny. But that isn't a criticism of the movie itself. Just another example of annoying movie marketing.

The Hangover is likely the best comedy we'll see this year.

It's your usual buddy hijink flick but with the influence of the trend of crude humor mixed in.
I'm having a hard time connecting with a lot of the major comedies that have been coming out in the last few years due to the reliance of crudeness to sell the movie. This flick has a...( read more)ll the usual stuff... male nudity, profanity every five seconds, etc. I'm not a prude when it comes to movies but it feels like Hollywood is in a rut when it comes to these types of movies. A rut that you can add this flick to.
The acting was fine and the casting worked very well. I just wish it was a little smarter.
