Definitely need to use VidAngel to tone it down to pg-13. Clever show with very challenging situations. Good lesson in choosing to do the right thing no matter the personal cost.

CODE 8 is a competent sci-fi indie that does a decent job of building a gritty, unique world for its story, even if the plot itself is a pretty basic crime setup. Committed yet perhaps a bit over-serious, the film offers quite serviceable if ultimately forgettable streaming fare.

This sci-fi movie was great. Robbie Amell, Stephen Amell, Sung Kang, Greg Bryk, Kyla Kane, Kari Matchett, and the rest of the cast did a great job in this movie. The plot of the movie was dramatic and thrilling. It's about doing whatever you can to help the people you love, even if you have superpowers. If you haven't seen this movie yet, check it out sometime. It's worth watching.

Despite the poor dialogue, the plot and setting was very interesting! Some action and cgi were questionable but other than that it was enjoyable.

Love this movie I rewatch it for time to time and it's still good.

Temática tão boa, esperava mais, até o ótimo adolescente mutante "Mentes Sombrias" dá show, bem inferior, e pouco atraente... Fev 2020 Reassistindo em mar 2024 e simplesmente amei o filme, agora mais do que nunca cheguei à conclusão de que gostar ou não gostar depende da nossa predisposição e estado de espírito, certamente não estava predisposta, amei o futuro distópico + mutantes, muita adrenalina nas cenas de ação e um drama de fundo essencial... Nota 8,5

La película es muy buena en verdad, la trama tiene buen ritmo y sus personajes son buenos, no tiene miedo de ser cruel en momentos así como ser impredecible o predecible en partes, la trama de Connor y su madre me gusta demasiado, esa tensión que hay por su enfermedad y lo qué lo lleva a actuar de forma erronea por una razón buena, está historia de personas especiales marginadas es bastante buena, es diferente a cualquier película donde los que tienen poderes son dioses, aquí en su mayoría son peones en un juego mayor, la historia es cruel e interesante.

Exciting univers. Boring characters / poorly executed acting/relations. Three named female characters throughout the whole movie with barely any impact or importance. How boring.

I'm not really into Action movies. But I was literally on the edge of my seat when I watched this.
