Cast grab for two "stars". Whoever said these two could "act"? Horrible plot. Weak action.

"Fast and Furious" is a film saga centered on street racing, unbridled action and family bonding. Throughout its installments, it has maintained its formula of adrenaline and spectacularity, but in its latest stage, it has fallen into repetition. The plots are predictable and the action scenes feel recycled. Despite its lack of innovation, it is still entertaining for action fans and car lovers. However, for those looking for originality and surprise, this saga no longer offers much. All in all, recommended to watch once for its fun moments, but don't expect anything new or surprising.

High Octane Action and Buddy Comedy Clash in Hobbs & Shaw Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw takes the adrenaline-fueled action of the Fast & Furious franchise and injects a dose of buddy comedy. Dwayne Johnson's Luke Hobbs and Jason Statham's Deckard Shaw, sworn enemies from previous films, are forced to team up against a cyber-genetically enhanced villain (Idris Elba). The film delivers what fans expect from the Fast & Furious series: outrageous stunts, impressive car chases, and over-the-top action sequences. The chemistry between Johnson and Statham is a highlight, with their playful banter providing laughs throughout the film. However, the plot itself is fairly standard, serving mostly as a vehicle for the action set pieces. Here's a breakdown of the good and the not-so-good: Good: Action aplenty: If you're looking for intense action sequences, Hobbs & Shaw won't disappoint. From brawls to high-speed chases, the film keeps the adrenaline pumping. Johnson and Statham: The charisma of these two actors is undeniable, and their rivalry-turned-reluctant-partnership is a lot of fun to watch. Humor: The film injects humor alongside the action, thanks in large part to the interplay between Hobbs and Shaw. Not So Good: Standard plot: The story is fairly predictable, following a familiar good-versus-evil formula. Reliance on CGI: While some of the stunts are impressive, the overuse of CGI can make them feel less grounded. Overall: Hobbs & Shaw is a fun and entertaining film that delivers on the action and humor fans expect from the Fast & Furious franchise. While the plot isn't groundbreaking, the strong performances by Johnson and Statham and the non-stop action make it a worthwhile watch for fans. Recommendation: If you're looking for a popcorn flick with big explosions, fast cars, and laughs, Hobbs & Shaw is a good choice. However, if you're seeking a deep plot or innovative action sequences, you might be left wanting more.

Basically big tedious video game of a film, endless ludicrous crashes and gunfire concluding in a mountain of sentimental bull###t. I suppose the endless product placement from McLaren to Triumph to Brembo brakes (really!!) paid for some of the firework bill but it really was god awful. Apart from first fast and furious which was ok the rest have just been a collosal burger and chips for the uneducated and terminally stupid. I suppose Mr Statham, Mr Elba and Mr Johnson have to pay for their latest Manhattan loft apartment developments somehow.

It was meh. I was hoping for a certain short film, but there wasn't.

Gratuitous action that didn't do anything for the story. Plotline was eh. Kinda bored throughout.

Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham need to do more movies together. The chemistry between these two is hilarious.

One of the greatest action movies of the past 20 years. Full of action and heart. Johnson and Statham do a great job playing off each other. Never a dull moment. This movie can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with any of the great action movies.
