Wow. All I can say is wow. Horrifying. The mental breakdown of mother and son. Let's just say I'm childless for a reason.

I don't know about this movie ....you will hate the mom for not having any balls ( especially towards the end) worse than you'll hate the kid. My mom would have kicked my a** all over the house! She would have kicked doors in. I wanted to like this movie but the acting is so atrocious and has an overall staged feeling. The movie also hits on every single sociopath / shooter teen stereotype...like a manual ( despondent, troublesome, hurts animals, violent drawings, outbursts of violence, withdrawn, prescription drugs, therapy, obsession with guns and death..even a lizard named Adolf...on and on). It does have an interesting twist at the end which is why I didn't give it fewer stars. It's the acting and the pedestrian storyline that did this movie in for me.

poignant to note that mental illness is familial and beyond the affected person... however i find this story to be very unlikely- mom seems too against her own son to be a believable situation. acting is so so, sons character felt forced

Apart from the acting the movie is rather stale

It's incredibly dark. It stayed with me long after I saw it. It's a found footage gem.

I thought this was great! I watch a ton of found footage, and sometimes it gets a little same old same old. This was a breath of fresh air, and I loved that acting AND the script.

This film was way deeper and more complex than I thought it would be. At the end, I cried, a whole lot. Because of a 4-Star rating, I almost did not watch it. Additionally, because the beginning of the film was no drama but was explanatory, laying out settings and characters, I got so bored and to the point I almost turned it off. I'm so glad that I didn't :) If you made it through the boring beginning part, you would have a lot of fun. It's a good psycho-thriller.

i'm almost 100% sure all of the positive reviews are paid for or friends of the cast lmao. this movie was terrible and the "16" year old looked 29

The acting is top-notch, and the story is sure to make you uneasy. What if you have a child you love, but who you suspect may be planning something awful? What do you do if nobody takes you seriously? Definitely not a feel-good movie, but I was hooked all the way through, dreading where this tale would take me. And it did not disappoint.

M.O.M. Mother of Monsters I'm a huge fan of found footage films Wow, That is really awesome and unbelievable. Honestly, it was much better than I expected. Whole the time I was just sticked to the screen and can't even skip a second of it.This is such a underrated film.tbh the pacing is better than many other found footage films, you don't have to sit around till the end for the good parts. M.O.M is a solid psychological horror film through great storytelling and acting.I really enjoyed this film The characters were well developed and perfectly cast.It told a solid story in a very creative way. I love so much about this film There are very few films where you do not have anything to complain about and this is one of them for sure.M.O.M is amazing film that I highly recommend even to those who doesn't like found-footage.Looking forward to Tucia's future work...šŸ“¹šŸ”„šŸ‘Œ ~Tharindu āāāāā
