One of my favorite movies. I've watched it multiple times and find it has a strong impact each time. Excellent concept, acting, and themes. I also love the color story throughout.

This movie is a tremendous addition to the 2,500 year history of revenge narratives. It makes some moves that toss that ancient and common theme around in new and interesting ways. It's a particularly engaging example of the sub-theme of "vicarious revenge" where the avenger is not the primary victim of the precipitating offense. I have one issue with it, the only thing that keeps it from being nearly perfect. When Madison (Alison Brie) comes to Cassie's (Carey Mulligan's) house to discover what happened after their lunch, and acknowledges that she was part of the dysfunction at the time of Nina's assault, she brings an old phone with a video of the assault and describes the video as having been circulated to "everyone" afterward. Why would she assume Cassie hasn't seen it or have it? This is a break in the logic or continuity of the plot and characters' motives. It's not a fatal flaw—it's just a critical plot point that could have been better developed. I

Well done! Perfect depiction of a serious problem in society. Just ending for an ungrateful perpetrator.

Well produced, well acted, questionable messages, Harley Quinn vibes, good watch but a bit too daft round the edges to be taken seriously. Watched on Sky Cinema.

This film is visually stunning and Carey Mulligan delivers a nuanced and moving performance. Though it wasn't what I came for, I quite enjoyed the side plot of her dating. I thought it captured a lot of the challenges of dating as a survivor, how difficult it is to build trust and how that sense of safety can be shattered in an instant. Unfortunately the main plot has so many holes it completely ruined the tension for me. The main characters actions are really challenging to understand and would not work. The ending was especially hard to buy and made little sense. Ultimately, I feel like stories like Unbelievable do more for survivors.

It was a very cool movie very different concept, I'm just not crazy about it hence not a higher rating.

Filme forte que relata algo super comum, que é a normalização do abuso. Como traumas influenciam na vida de pessoas, então é um filme com gatilhos

Still giving it 5 stars despite the ending. Hoping for absolute vengeance on all the "kids" that did Nina wrong. Glad this movie is so highly rated!
