NÃO-SE-EXPLICA-FINAL-DE-FILME. NÃO-SE-EXPLICA-ARTE. Mas o filme é muito bom. Entrega tudo, mana. Nota quase 10 pro cê 🥰🥰
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsThis movie resonated with me in a way few movies does. The camera work and music, combined with a twisted plot makes this a movie a unique experience!
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsFull of mystery and intrigue that doesn't get resolved, seems to be making a point about humanity but it's so broad it doesn't mean much (if only everyone cared more about each other!), has one of the most unsatisfying endings I've ever seen. Feels like a massive missed opportunity. Watch if you like being disappointed.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsIt has intriguing concept but with confusing ending.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSuper. Made me think a lot about social equality
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSuch an interesting idea, "who chooses a book here?" (when confronting life) Don Quijote of neoliberalism
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsHad so much potential. Ending sucked.
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsCaptivating narrative
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsSimultaneously fascinating, disgusting, frightening and overblown, this Spanish social science fiction horror film is yet another example of how European cinema is generally much more provocative and daring than North America. There are scenes and themes portrayed here that I can't imagine being done in the states - probably for fear of losing a few almighty dollars. But back to the film at hand, be forewarned if you have a weak constitution or are easily disgusted, you may want to give this a pass. At its core, it is basically a quite telling if occasionally heavy-handed commentary on the current social and economic class system. It's a very original concept, and I must admit that I had no idea where they were going to go with the subject matter. It does tend to go a bit overboard with the sermonizing, and I have to admit that I haven't a clue what they were trying to do with the ending. Overall, though, its originality and daring more than compensate for the moments of pretension and lack of subtlety. And let me stress one more time - there's not a LOT of gory parts here, but what we do get is rather disturbing.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars🍅 8.3/10 This is very interesting to put it light and I really appreciate it for a dark brutal but also super intriguing story that makes you strangely hungry. Grade A-
