Child actor Tyler Wladis progressed quickly from appearing in regional theater productions to finding success on television. Born in Syracuse, New York, he got his start acting at the historic Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine. On television, he was featured on an episode of the children's show "Sunny Day" (Nick Jr., 2017-), an animated show set in a hair salon which shows photos of real children modeling hair styles. He also contributed his voice to the feature "It Comes at Night" (2017). He made his on-screen television debut, acting in the holiday special "A Christmas Story Live!" (Fox, 2017). In the television musical adaptation of the classic film, he played Ralphie's little brother Randy opposite Maya Rudolph and Chris Diamantopoulos. Shortly afterwards, he joined the cast of the sitcom "Single Parents" (ABC, 2018) as the over-attached son of Leighton Meester's protective single mother.
